User Group

User group refers to a subset of users within an orgization who have same level of application permissions and data access. A user can belong to more than one user groups. Each table record are owned by a user unless the ownership is explicitly skipped. Table records owned by a user is accessible to other members of the groups the user is part of. Nested user groups are not currently available.

Note: Administrator can access all records without user group membership.

Attributes

• Name: A name given to user group for identification.
• Members: users belong to the group.
